ARIADNE Material Modelling Library
Overview
ARIADNE is a library of material models, for use in writing continuum mechanics
software such as hydrocodes.
The models are used to describe the properties of different types of
material, such as the equation of state, strength, reaction properties,
heat conduction and electromagnetic properties.
The current version of ARIADNE is written in C++ using the
the mathematical class library.
We can supply libraries of data for specific materials,
and ARIADNE is compatible with various other libraries such as
SESAME from Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA.
We can also estimate material properties for other materials
using experimental data, libraries of existing data or theoretical methods.
Material data is usually supplied in scaled SI units.
We can provide data in different units on request; a processing charge
may be payable for this service.
